If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through "My Order" section before the products are dispatched.
You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting the "My Orders" section.
You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund within 3 days of receiving the order.
You can track the refund status under ‘Orders’ section on our website.
In case of cancellation before the order is shipped, we process the refund within 24-72 business hours in the source account.
For the order that is already shipped, refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours in the source account once it gets returned and verified at the warehouse.
Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.
Unfortunately we do not ship anything outside UAE as of now
