Only If the product is broken or the seal is broken and the customer wishes to return the product, we will arrange for a pick up for the same and a refund will be initiated. However, if the customer wishes to exchange the product, we will arrange pick up for the product and deliver a new product in place of the old one.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?
Order placed before 5:30PM will be fulfilled within 4 Hours/Same Day within Dubai & orders received after 5:30PM or from other emirates will be fulfilled within the next working days
We assure you that the product reached in perfect shape and untampered, but upon receiving of damaged product you must provide description of the fault or issue along with photographic evidence, within 2 days of the package receipt.
Once we have reviewed this information and accept your return request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 72 hours
Once the product reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped out to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time. However, if we are unable to process the shipment due to the unavailability of the product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note of the same amount.
WRONG ORDER RECEIVED:
If in case you have received wrong order or wrong products the products can be exchanged from any of the nearest store in the time period of 3 days from receipt or you can request for return or exchange.
