Extracts of Villalba lentils (farm of Mr. Di Gesu), Villalba, Caltanissetta: Rich in serine, an amino acid that is one of the main components of keratin. Serine has an anabolic and repairing effect.:The first written mention of the lentil dates back to Giovanni Mule Bertolo's "Book of Memories of Villalba" from 1900, but the lentil has been cultivated in this area for much longer. Like the Altamura lentil, it belongs to the type of large-seeded lentils (Macrosperum) typical of warm regions. The heyday of cultivation was in the 1930s to 1960s, when about 30% of the lentils grown in Italy came from Sicily and mainly from the region around Caltanisetta. The cultivation was revived when students at the National Research Center discovered the extraordinary properties of the lentil in the 1990's. Villalba lentils are characterized by a high content of iron and proteins and contain little phosphorus and potassium.

Application of Davines Essential Haircare Melu Conditioner
Apply to towel-dried hair after using MELU/shampoo. Leave on for 2-5 minutes, comb through and rinse thoroughly. Ideal for long or damaged hair.
